You can report incorrect information you may find while on your journey such as bus stop closures due to roadworks that have not been updated, or the app showing wrong bus direction information to either TfL directly by going to the “Tell TfL” section in the “More” tab of the app or to us at the app by going to the “Help/Feedback” section of the app in the “More” tab.
