This Terms and Conditions agreement governs your use of the app and all associated services provided by Mobicia Ltd and its partners. The app is designed to make public transportation more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly, helping you navigate urban environments with ease. By using the app, you agree to utilise these services as per the guidelines and terms set forth in this agreement.
We provide a comprehensive public transportation application designed to enhance the daily commuting experience of our users. Our app offers a range of features to assist with urban mobility and travel planning. These features include but are not limited to:
Finding Nearby Stops: Users can easily locate bus stops, train stations, and other public transport facilities near their current location.
Display of Estimated Arrival Times: The app provides real-time estimates of the arrival times of buses, trains, and other forms of public transport.
Timetables: Access to up-to-date timetables for different modes of transport, allowing users to plan their journeys effectively.
Status Updates and Disruption Information: Real-time updates on the status of various transportation services, including any disruptions or changes in service, ensuring users have the latest information for their travel plans.
Live Camera Feed: Where available, the app may provide access to live feeds from CCTV cameras at selected locations to help users
Cycle Hire: Integration with local cycle hire schemes, displaying availability and locations of bikes for rent.
Journey Planner: A feature that allows users to plan their journeys from one point to another, offering the best routes and transportation options based on real-time data.
Rewards and Alerts: this feature offers intelligent travel assistance (such as automatic commuter alerts), personalised offers, and rewards, based on the analysis of user data and mobility patterns.
To provide the Service, we are authorised to use third-party services such as map services from Google Maps Platform and to involve subcontractors such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud computing services. The Service also incorporates third-party information (e.g. real-time transit data). The relevant terms and conditions of the third-party service provider shall apply in relation to the use of such services.
Furthermore, we may provide you with personalised third-party offers related to your mobility behaviour. The respective terms and conditions of the third-party provider shall apply for these offers.
To use the app, users must meet certain eligibility criteria as outlined below. By accessing and using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years of age. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the app. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the app or provide any personal information to us.
- Lawful Use: Users are expected to use the app in a manner that is consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords, and for all activities that occur under their account.
By creating an account and using the app, you confirm your acceptance of these eligibility requirements. If at any time you cease to meet these criteria, you must cease using the app immediately.
As a user of the app, you are expected to adhere to certain responsibilities to ensure a safe, respectful, and lawful use of our app. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Account Security: Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, including passwords, confidential and secure. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Lawful Use: Users must use the app in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes refraining from using the app for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
- Content and Communication: Users must not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Respectful and lawful communication with other users and with the app representatives is expected at all times.
- Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating and updating their accounts. This includes promptly updating any changes to your personal information.
- Respect Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of the app, our partners, and third parties. This includes not copying, modifying, or distributing any content from the app without proper authorization.
- Reporting Misuse: Users should report any unauthorised or improper use of the app or any other breach of these terms.
- Device and Software Requirements: Users are responsible for ensuring their device and software are compatible with the app and meet the necessary technical specifications for its use.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the app, and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
The intellectual property rights in all content and materials available on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, website interface, code, software, design, and any other materials, are owned by Mobicia Ltd and its partners, their licensors, or other providers of such material. All such rights are reserved.

- Transport for London Open Data – TfL Network arrivals/departures data, timetables under Open Government Licence v.2.0. The data provided by this app is Powered by TfL Open Data.
- National Coach Services (NCSD) – Coach timetables data under Open Government Licence v3.0.
- National Public Transport Access Nodes (NaPTAN) – Stops and stations data under Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Network Rail Schedule – Rail timetables data under Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Traveline National Dataset (TNDS) – Bus timetables data under Open Government Licence v3.0.
- National Rail – Darwin – Live rail arrivals/departures data under National Rail Terms & Conditions v3.0.
- National Rail – Knowledgebase – Rail station information and rail disruptions data under National Rail Terms & Conditions v3.0.
- Ordnance Survey derived data – Contains OS data © Crown copyright and database rights 2016 and Geomni UK Map data © and database rights 
- OpenStreetMap – Road network data under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, in compliance with the respective licences of the data sources mentioned above.
Prohibitions: Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from the app without the prior written consent of Mobicia Ltd and its partners or the respective licensors.
Users must not use any part of the content on the app for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from Mobicia Ltd and its partners or their licensors.
User-Generated Content: The app may offer the user to provide feedback about transit and traffic situations or similar functionality. Users grant Mobicia Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties such user-generated material for any purpose, in accordance with the user’s account settings and the terms of this agreement.
Trademark Information: The app name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mobicia Ltd or its affiliates or licensors. Users must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Mobicia Ltd.
This Intellectual Property clause does not transfer any intellectual property owned by Mobicia Ltd, its partners, or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Mobicia Ltd, its partners, and such third parties.
TfL reserves all intellectual property rights, including all logos, design rights, patents and trademarks, and are protected by following TfL design and branding guidelines.
Limitation of Liability and Warranties/Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability: Mobicia Ltd and its partners, including their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Warranties and Disclaimers: The app and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mobicia Ltd and its partners do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Mobicia Ltd and its partners, or through the service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Mobicia Ltd and its partners disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided on the app. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Data Accuracy: Mobicia Ltd and its partners do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the service. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Public Transportation Data: Timetables, location data, and other transit information are subject to change and may not always reflect the current status due to delays, cancellations, or other disruptions. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in public transportation schedules or availability.
Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
Linked Websites: We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for links provided within the Service to third party websites. This includes the accuracy, comprehensive status, and lawfulness of the content/links contained therein with other websites as well as any offers, products, and services available on them. These websites no longer fall within our control. This also applies to any such websites displaying the app logo, Mobicia logo or partner’s logo or any other protected designation. Any linked websites are therefore used at your own risk.
Earning Vouchers and Coupons: By using the App, you may have the opportunity to earn rewards such as free vouchers and coupons for retail outlets. These benefits are provided solely as a promotional offering and should not be treated as income, wages, or financial gain of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that the vouchers and coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
Redemption and Purchase: We are not responsible or liable for any issues, errors, or problems that may arise during the redemption of the vouchers and coupons or during your purchase at the respective retail outlets. This includes but is not limited to difficulties in redeeming the vouchers, errors in voucher codes, limitations in product availability, or any other issues related to the purchase process. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any products or services offered by the retail outlets.
The Information is licensed ‘as is’ and we exclude all representations, warranties, obligations and liabilities in relation to the Information to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You expressly understand and agree that Mobicia Ltd, its partners, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we are been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the App or its services.
- Unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Breach of User Responsibilities: If you fail to comply with the user responsibilities outlined in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Illegal or Unauthorised Use: Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of the app.
- Security Risk: If your use of the app poses a security risk to the application or other users.
- Non-Payment: Failure to make any payments, if applicable, associated with premium features or services within the app.
Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. The following shall survive termination:
User Content: Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that, either by its nature or to give effect to its meaning, must survive termination, and such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Mobicia Ltd or its partners may be entitled, at law or in equity.
Data Retention: We may retain any data or information to the extent required by applicable laws and only to the extent and for such period as required by applicable laws.
Deactivation or Deletion of Account: Users may deactivate or delete their account by following the instructions available within the app. If you cease to use our service for a period of 6 months, we will automatically deactivate your account.
Upon account deactivation or deletion, your access to the app and any data related to your account will be removed, subject to our data retention policies.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of your account, you lose all access to the app and any data or content associated with your account.
Termination of the account does not relieve the user of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees, if applicable.
Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon publishing on our website, unless otherwise stated.
Notification of Changes: While we may, at our discretion, choose to notify users of significant changes to the Terms and Conditions via email or through the app, it is the responsibility of the user to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates.
The date of the latest update will be indicated at the top of the Terms and Conditions page.
Acceptance of Amended Terms: By continuing to access or use the app after any amendments become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should immediately discontinue any use of the app.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Mobicia Ltd.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. This means that if you were able to bring a claim arising from these terms against us in court, an acceptable court would be a court located in the United Kingdom, but you may also elect to bring the claim in the court of another country instead.
Users agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by the app shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
Users are encouraged to consider the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, before resorting to litigation.
