Issues with TfL Staff/Service

If you are experiencing any issues with either TfL’s service or with certain members of staff you can feed this information back to TfL directly by pressing the “More” tab in the main menu and navigating down to the “Tell TfL” section, here you will be taken to a form on TfL’s webpage where you can fill in your personal and journey details and be able to send your feedback. For issues with specific buses or staff please try to give as much information as possible so the correct person / bus can be tracked, try to make a note of the bus stop name, bus number, registration (which can be found on the app) if possible, time and any staff names if known. This will help track down exactly which bus/staff member you are talking about.
