If you’re using the Bus Times app on an iPhone or iPad, you may also notice these kinds of error messages:
- “Please check your network connection (Retry).”
- “No Connection.”
Here are some steps you can take to try to fix the error:
- Make sure your phone isn’t on airplane mode .
- Connect to Wi-Fi, LTE, or 3G (if available).
- Restart the app.
- Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the Bus Times app.
- Update your operating system.
- Try tapping refresh again in 1-2 minutes.
Check your data usage
Make sure you’ve turned on data usage for YouTube:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap Cellular.
- Under the “Cellular data” section, go to Bus Times.
- Next to Bus Times, tap the button so it’s on.
