Connection Error / No Internet

If you’re using the Bus Times app on an iPhone or iPad, you may also notice these kinds of error messages:  

  • “Please check your network connection (Retry).”
  • “No Connection.”

Here are some steps you can take to try to fix the error:

  • Make sure your phone isn’t on airplane mode .
  • Connect to Wi-Fi, LTE, or 3G (if available).
  • Restart the app.
  • Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the Bus Times app.
  • Update your operating system.
  • Try tapping refresh again in 1-2 minutes.

Check your data usage

Make sure you’ve turned on data usage for YouTube:

  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular.
  3. Under the “Cellular data” section, go to Bus Times.
  4. Next to Bus Times, tap the button so it’s on.
