Does Bus Times work offline?
Saved stops keep their last known data offline; live updates need a connection.
Partly — and it's designed for exactly the moment you're standing at a shelter with no signal.
- Saved stops cache their last known timetable and times, so you can still see expected arrivals offline.
- Live updates (real-time countdowns, status, journey planning) need an internet connection.
So if you lose signal, the app falls back to the most recent data it has. When you reconnect, tap Refresh for live times.
If you're getting errors even with signal, see Connection error / no internet.
