Plain English
Your data, explained without the legal jargon.
The full legal version lives on our privacy page. This is the readable summary — same facts, fewer Latin words.
What we collect from your phone
The bus stops you search and save. Your approximate location, so we can show nearby stops. Crash reports, so we can fix bugs. That's it for the app itself.
What ads see
Standard advertising signals — a rotating advertising identifier and the country/region you're in. Subject to your consent. You can switch this off in your phone's settings any time.
What our partners get
If you've consented, anonymised and aggregated location and connectivity signals may be shared with measurement and data partners. They never see your name, email, phone number, or a stable identifier.
What we never share
We never sell your personal information. We never share your individual route history. We never give partners enough information to re-identify you.
How to opt out
Open the Bus Times app → Settings → “Your data”. You can opt out of personalised advertising, partner signals, or both. Your saved stops keep working either way.
