Reporting incorrect information

Found a closed stop, wrong direction, or other bad data? Here's how to report it to TfL or to us.


If you spot incorrect information on your journey — a stop closed for roadworks that hasn't been updated, or wrong bus-direction info — you can report it two ways:

  • To TfL directlyMore → Tell TfL in the app.
  • To usMore → Help/Feedback in the app, or via Contact us.

We feed corrections back to TfL where the underlying data is theirs.
