Buses missing from a stop
If buses that normally serve a stop show no times, it's usually a data-feed issue — here's how to report it.
If buses that normally serve a stop aren't showing any time data, it's usually a problem with TfL's direct data feed rather than the app.

The more detail you give (stop name, bus numbers expected, time), the faster it can be tracked down.
