If the app won't open or behaves oddly
General fixes for crashes, blank screens, and freezes — restart, update, reinstall.
If Bus Times crashes, freezes, or shows a blank screen, work through these:
- Force close and reopen. Swipe the app away in your device's task switcher, then reopen it.
- Restart your phone. Clears temporary glitches.
- Update the app. Install the latest version from your app store.
- Update your operating system.
- Check your connection. See Connection error / no internet.
- Reinstall. Delete and reinstall the app. Your saved stops live on the device, so note them first; if you have the ad-free subscription, use Restore Purchase afterwards.
